Terms & subscription conditions

Conditions for using Appointrdy between you as a customer and Appointrdy.

1. Parties

These terms apply between the customer ("Customer") and Appointrdy ("Appointrdy", "we", "us"), reachable at hello@appointrdy.com. By creating a subscription the Customer accepts these terms.

2. Subscription and access

Appointrdy is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS). The Customer accesses the service via login at appointrdy.com. The subscription is for the Customer's own use and may not be resold or shared without prior written agreement.

Number of users depends on the chosen plan (Solo, Crew or Business) as described on the pricing page.

3. Billing

The subscription is billed monthly or annually in advance via card or invoice. Billing runs automatically at the start of each period. Missed payment may result in suspension of access until payment is received.

4. Price changes

Appointrdy may change prices with 30 days' written notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing period. The Customer may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect if it is not accepted.

5. Cancellation

The subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. Cancellation is done in-app under subscription settings or by writing to hello@appointrdy.com. Already paid amounts are not refunded.

6. Uptime and support

We aim for at least 99.5% uptime measured annually, excluding planned maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and where possible runs outside normal working hours.

Support is provided by email at hello@appointrdy.com. We aim to respond to every request within one business day.

7. Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for all activity on their accounts. Misuse, sharing or attempts to bypass security mechanisms may result in immediate suspension.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to Appointrdy (photos, notes, employee and customer data) is lawful, and that the Customer has the necessary permissions to process it.

8. Data ownership

The Customer owns all data uploaded to or generated in Appointrdy. Appointrdy acts as a data processor — see our data processing agreement. The Customer may export or request deletion of their data at any time.

9. Liability and limitation

Appointrdy is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operations, lost profits, data loss or loss of goodwill. Our total liability cannot exceed the amount the Customer has paid for the most recent 12 months of subscription.

10. Changes to terms

We may change these terms with 30 days' written notice. Material changes are communicated by email. Continued use of Appointrdy after the notice period is considered acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Appointrdy is established. Any disputes are settled at the Customer's home venue within the EU.
