1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember choices, keep you logged in and measure how the site is used.

2. Which cookies do we use?

Essential cookies (no consent required)

  • Session cookie — keeps you logged in to Appointrdy
  • CSRF token — protects against forged requests
  • Cookie consent — remembers your cookie preferences

Analytics cookies (require consent)

With your consent, we use anonymised web traffic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads or similar marketing tracking.

3. Managing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or by writing to hello@appointrdy.com.

4. Third-party cookies

When you complete a payment, our payment provider Stripe may set cookies to prevent fraud and process transactions. These cookies are necessary for processing the payment.

5. How to delete cookies

You can delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that deleting essential cookies may mean you cannot log in or use parts of the service.
